Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrolments confirmed by invoice or written confirmation from Devcloudai Digital. Free previews and informational website content are not refundable purchases.

Timeframe

Request a full refund at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date stated on your confirmation. Requests received fewer than fourteen days before start may receive a partial refund as described below.

Full refund

If you cancel fourteen or more days before start, and you have not downloaded restricted materials released early for that cohort, you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that seat.

Partial refund

Cancellations between thirteen and three days before start are eligible for a 50% refund of tuition. After a cohort begins, or within three days of start, tuition is generally non-refundable except where we cancel the programme.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), couriered printed packs already shipped, and custom sample-data preparation fees for Control Desk Team engagements are non-refundable once work has started.

Refund process

Email contact@devcloudai.digital with your invoice reference, learner name, and cohort date. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fifteen business days of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Devcloudai Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition charge.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or bereavement; decisions are case-by-case and do not create precedent.
