FAQ

Do I need a specific financial auditing app already installed?

No. We teach patterns that work in spreadsheets and common finance tools. If your organisation already uses an auditing app for cloud AI spend, bring screenshots and we will adapt exercises.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not automate ingestion from every AI vendor API. Teams with highly custom metering still need engineering time after the course; we focus on the finance review layer, not building connectors.

How much live time should I plan?

Six live sessions of ninety minutes plus about three hours of workbook time across the cohort.

Learner notes

Module 2 finally gave our AP team a shared column dictionary. We still export manually each month—Hannah was upfront that connectors are out of scope.

★★★☆☆ The content is strong; I wanted more depth on GPU reservation credits. Still recommending Audit Studio Seat to our controller.
